HAMMA RAPID Oil skimmer for floating tramp oil
Removes tramp oil, lime soaps and suspended matter from the surface of the coolant continuously and reliably — with a unique scraper system.
What it solves
Slideway oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating oil that get into the coolant form a continuous layer on the surface. This cuts the fluid off from oxygen, bacteria multiply, the fluid starts to smell and fails before its time. The RAPID takes this layer off.

The MIKRO micro aerator uses fine air bubbles to bring tramp oil and suspended particles to the surface, and the RAPID removes them. Together they give a consistently clean and biostable coolant.
