Care system

BIOBALANCE care console and care system

A ready-made package of the RAPID oil skimmer and the MIKRO micro aerator: aeration brings the contamination to the surface, and the skimmer removes it. Easy to install and operate.

• Care console: RAPID 2.1 belt skimmer with timer, RUBI collecting container (1.8 l), MIKRO 300 with two aeration plates, console with base plate
• Care system up to 500 litres (up to 2 m² surface): RAPID 2.1, three belts with immersion depths of 185/285/385 mm, MIKRO 300, screw-on bracket
• Care system up to 1000 litres (up to 6 m² surface): RAPID 1.1 and MIKRO 1000

Aeration

MIKRO micro aerator

The aeration plates introduce fine air bubbles into the coolant: the fluid regains its used-up oxygen, its biological balance is restored, and the rising bubbles carry tramp oil and suspended particles to the surface.

Mobile care unit

Clean-Tower 150

Moves from machine to machine: it draws contaminated coolant off the surface, separates tramp oil and suspended particles by dissolved air flotation, enriches the fluid with oxygen, and returns it to the machine.

Accessories and tools

Barrel trolley, test case, FluidMonitor

• Barrel trolley for the MISCEO: for 220-litre barrels, with drip tray, barrel strap and MISCEO holder — mixing takes place right next to the machine. Manual and E-Drive versions.
• Test case: for testing coolant to TRGS 611 — refractometer, pH, nitrite and hardness test strips, sample bottle. Available as LIGHT, KOMPAKT, STANDARD, EXCLUSIVE and PREMIUM.
• FluidMonitor: HAMMA's browser-based software for recording and evaluating the coolant values of machine tools and generating reports.
