What data we process, and why

Where we store it
The two forms of this website — the contact form, which also receives safety data sheet requests, and the quote request form of the filter paper calculator — send the data to SWISSCOOL Kft.'s customer management system, MiniCRM: the data you enter there are stored in MiniCRM, to answer your enquiry, to prepare the quote and to stay in touch about your request. The website itself does not save the data in a database. MiniCRM processes the data on behalf of SWISSCOOL Kft.; you can read about the provider's data processing at minicrm.hu/gdpr.
Cookies and tracking
By default the site does not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers or external analytics, and does not load external fonts or embedded content.
The only exception are the two forms (the contact form and the quote request form of the filter paper calculator): they are provided by MiniCRM and load only when you click the “Open the form” button. Your browser then connects to the MiniCRM server (r3.minicrm.hu), which receives your IP address, the address of this page and — if you came from another site — the address of the page you came from, and may also set cookies (for example a session cookie and an identifier with a longer expiry). Before you click, there is no such connection, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, or the restriction of processing; you can object to the processing, and exercise your right to data portability. You can submit your request using the contact details above.
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary, naih.hu), or go to court.
