An exceptionally thin coat of MOTOREX PROWELD 264 Weld Guard prevents welding beads from sticking to the welded product MIG/MAG-gas torch or to the welding equipment. It can be rinsed off without trouble and without residue after welding using a cloth and water. This product is so easily biodegradable that the water used to rinse it off can be drained directly into the sew-age works-connection.
MOTOREX PROWELD 264 Weld Guard is well suited for all of today's welding methods used on structural steel, stainless steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. It also provides protects superb protection for the nozzles of cutting torches of all types, guaranteeing a clean cut. It protects also current and nozzles of MIG/MAG gas torch.
Using a paint spray gun, apply a very fine coat of MOTOREX PROWELD 264 Weld Guard to the work pieces and surface you want protected. For hard-to-reach areas, such as the inside of a pipe, use a lance. Constant air pressure of 5 bar provides a homogene-ously fine aerosol spray, guaranteeing complete protective coverage.
Hand-pump dispensers are not recommended, as the low pressure of such devices does not reduce the MOTOREX PROWELD 264 into the fine spray needed for a clean coat.
